Worldwide delivery
Buying new items for you and your home should be a smooth and easy decision, regardless of where you are.
With pidltd.com it is.

PID.se delivers around the world to where you every preferred.
The delivery is handled by ordinary postal services for your convenience.
And in cases where the items are larger than the maximum weight of 20 kg the delivery is handled by one of our delivery partners such as DHL, UPS, or similar companies.

The normal delivery time is 6 to 20 working days from the day the order was placed. (Most products: 3 to 6 working days.) If an order contains products with a delivery time of both 6 and 20 working days, we will deliver the products in 20 working days (or as soon as they are delivered to stock from our suppliers) and will not send two packages. This way we lower your shipping costs. (Products with 20 days delivery time are not available in Scandinavia and have to be ordered from abroad, thus causing the longer delivery time.)

You always have the possibility to cancel the purchase if a longer delivery delay occurs. Please contact our Customer service if you wish to cancel your purchase.

We make reservations for the liability of delays or failed deliveries caused by discontinued products or the stock handling of our suppliers. We also make reservations for price difference on PID.se caused by wrong price codes, wrong number of products in boxes etc.

Confirmation
We will send an order confirmation with information about your purchase by e-mail as soon as we have received your order. We recommend that you save the order confirmation if you should need to contact PID.se´s Customer Service.

Payment Options
At present, we accept Proforma invoice, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta, and Visa Purchasing.
When you select payment solution for your order you can chose to pay by credit card or by proforma invoice. If you chose to pay by Proforma invoice we will send you an invoice of the order and once payment has been done and we have received the funds, your order will be sent. When you pay with credit card, the payment is handled by our payment partner to guarantee secure payments. This is how it works:
- Choose your credit card type i.e. (Visa or Mastercard), state your card number and validation date.
- A control is carried out to make sure that your data is correct and that there is money on your account.
- The money is reserved on your account. This means that you have no access to the amount but it has not yet been transferred to PID.
- The same day the products are delivered our payment partner will transfer the money to PID.

When you order a product that is not yet in stock, the amount will be transferred to PID the same day you place your order.

- Split payment products are products that need to be ordered twice. This is a solution to help people who want to place an order but pay with different credit cards. When the second order is placed and payment fully done, PID.se will start working with the order.

Freight
A freight cost is added to each order, depending of the number of products in the shipment. It is always more cost-efficient to order multiple products simultaneously.

Your products will be sent directly to your home address. Larger shipments have to be collected at your local post office.

Transportation
PID.se accepts the economic responsibility if products are damaged or missing during transport. However, you are required to contact our customer service within 14 days of the expected arrival date. The economic responsibility is yours if products are damaged or missing during the return transport.

Return policy
You have the right to return undamaged and unused products. Notification about the return should be done immediately upon reception of the product or within 14 days after reception. The notification shall be done to customer service.

The message shall contain the following information: a) order number b) invoice number c) title of the product you wish to return. The returned product should be in unused and undamaged state in its original package (seals or plastic needs to be unbroken). Return the product together with the invoice (or a copy of both pages). State the cause of the return on the back side of the invoice. You will have to pay the freight cost for the return and as well as pay a restocking fee. Returns against cash on delivery is not accepted.

PID.se guarantees that the products you have ordered are free from errors at the time of delivery. If you should receive a defect or wrongly supplied product, contact customer service at PID.se without delay or at the latest within 14 days after reception. Customer service will take care of your complaint and will send you a return label. Return the product in the state that it was received followed by a damage or error report. The returned product shall be in an unused state in its original package (seal or plastic needs to be unbroken). Return the product together with the invoice (or a copy of both pages). State the cause of the return on the back side of the invoice.

IMPORTANT! You must contact customer service before you return wrongly supplied or damaged products to get the return request approved.

The responsibility for errors in ordered products is limited to the terms stated below.

Non-Picked-Up Goods
If we receive packages that have not been collected at the post office, we reserve the right to charge you for all our costs that appear when handling your order and shipment; currently € 15 for restocking plus shipping cost. An invoice will be sent to you. Settlement of the invoice shall be within 10 days.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Contracts between you and PID.se shall be governed by Swedish Law.
PID follows the recommendations of the Swedish Consumer Authority.

Cookies

A "cookie" is a very small text file placed on your hard drive by a web page server.
It is essentially your identification card, and cannot be executed as code or deliver viruses.
It is uniquely yours and can only be read by the server that gave it to you.

A cookie's purpose is to tell the server that you returned to that web page.
Cookies are used on PID.se to remember who you are and save the shopping cart onto the visitor's own hard drive.

Next time you return, we know to show you the information you requested.
Or, when you register for another service, all you need to do is type in your e-mail address and a password.
We then fill in any questions you've already answered.
Of course, if you never registered or never left personal information with PID.se, then the server only knows that someone with your cookie has returned to the web site.
You are in charge of deciding whether we know anything about you.
But the more you tell us about yourself, the more we can help you find the information or products you want.

Cookies helps PID.se to be more efficient.
We can learn what information is important to our visitors, and what isn't.
We can discard web pages you don't use, and focus our efforts on information you need.

4. Default setting is medium. Move the slider to determine which setting you prefer.
5. You can also click on Advanced for specialized cookie treatment.

3. Click the Security tab,
4. Click Internet, then Custom Level.
5. Scroll down to Cookies and choose one of the two options.


If you're using Internet Explorer 4.0:

1. Choose View, then
2. Internet Options.
3. Click the Advanced tab,
4. Scroll down to the yellow exclamation icon under Security and choose one of the three options to regulate your use of cookies.


In Internet Explorer 3.0, you can View, Options, Advanced and click on the button that says Warn Before Accepting "Cookies."

If you are using Netscape Navigator 7.0:

On your Task Bar, click:

4. Click on Cookies.
5. Set your "Cookies" preferences.


If you're using Netscape Communicator 4.0:

Netscape Communicator 4.0:

Netscape bundles all cookies into one file on your hard drive. You'll need to find the file, which it calls Cookie.txt on Windows machines.

To See the Code in a Cookie just click on a cookie to open it.
You'll see a short string of text and numbers.
The numbers are your identification card, which can only be seen by the server that gave you the cookie.

Social Bookmarks
Social bookmarking is an activity performed over a computer network that allows users to save and categorize a personal collection of bookmarks and share them with others.
Users may also take bookmarks saved by others and add them to their own collection, as well as allows the person to subscribe to the lists of others. (A personal knowledge management tool.)
